The main teacher on the course will be Julie Garrioch

Julie is a 500ERYT Seasonal Yoga teacher, aerial yoga teacher and pilates instructor with 20 years experience working in the fitness industry. Julie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others to enhance their wellbeing and now training others to share the love of yoga.

The course will run from September to August at Julie's new studio - Aerial Roots Yoga & Pilates, F4, Elmbank Mill, The Charrier, Menstrie FK11 7BU.

We are committed to providing the best Yoga education possible wherever and whenever you choose to study. To this end, Seasonal Yoga provides opportunities to learn using our own online learning resources, and also our collaborative, and industry leading, fully online courses.

As a student enrolled in one of our teacher training courses you will have access to a wealth of resources to aid in your study and personal practice. Having these materials available online offers you the convenience of studying when you can and where you can; at home, in between clients, or at any time you have the opportunity. Our members area holds all of the lectures on the course, guidance on each posture, seasonal information, step by step pranayama videos, anatomy, meditation audios, and more!

Aside from our resource materials, we have also created specific online courses to aid in depth focus on specific areas of Yoga practice, such as our Pranayama course. We have also created, in partnership with the Kilgore Academy, a free course in teaching Yoga to fitness enthusiasts who are interested less in the total Yoga journey, and rather and simply interested in its physical benefits. This is a growing market as current research shows that more teaching of Yoga occurs in traditional fitness gyms and recreation centres than in Yoga studios. Also available to support our face-to-face courses is a free science support course, Exercise Physiology & Anatomy. This course is structured using SQA content and quality assurance guidance. Both the latter two courses are recognised for continuing education credit by CrossFit, the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association, and the National Council on Strength & Fitness, when a separate assessment package is undertaken.
