The main teacher on the course will be Julie Garrioch

Julie is a 500ERYT Seasonal Yoga teacher, aerial yoga teacher and pilates instructor with 20 years experience working in the fitness industry. Julie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others to enhance their wellbeing and now training others to share the love of yoga.

The course will run from September to August at Julie's new studio - Aerial Roots Yoga & Pilates, F4, Elmbank Mill, The Charrier, Menstrie FK11 7BU.

George came to yoga later in life whilst living in Kuwait. Until goaded into joining a class at his gym, George had viewed yoga as a pursuit that was strictly for the girls. He was an instant convert……goodbye years of lower back pain and, after a lifetime of hamstrings ravaged by football, hello toes. The mix of energy, flexibility and calm brought by yoga was something he had never experienced before and he particularly relished yogas capacity to wipe the slate clean at the end of a stressful day. Keen to find out more and upon returning to his native Glasgow he trained as a teacher at the Seasonal Yoga Academy. He is particularly interested in evangelising the benefits of yoga for men in their late 30’s and up , encouraging them to start the yoga journey toward relaxation, calm and flexibility in their domestic, business and sporting lives.
