The main teacher on the course will be Julie Garrioch
Julie is a 500ERYT Seasonal Yoga teacher, aerial yoga teacher and pilates instructor with 20 years experience working in the fitness industry. Julie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others to enhance their wellbeing and now training others to share the love of yoga.
The course will run from September to August at Julie's new studio - Aerial Roots Yoga & Pilates, F4, Elmbank Mill, The Charrier, Menstrie FK11 7BU.

Fi had been practising yoga on and off for around 20 years before coming to Seasonal Yoga. From her first class she loved the concept of changing practice with the season and decided to sign up for the 200hr Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training to further develop her own practice. Fi soon discovered that she loved to teach what she was learning and went on to complete the 300hr Seasonal Yoga Teacher training.
Having worked in the corporate sector for over 20 years Fi is acutely aware of the stress in modern life and the impact that this has on the mind and body. This has led her to specialising in restorative yoga, yin yoga and meditation to still and calm the mind and body.
Fi teaches weekly restorative and yin classes, (Tuesdays & Thursdays 8pm), meditation & yoga workshops, pop up classes and 1-2-1's at Seasonal Yoga Academy.
