Sunday 7th April 3pm-6pm

Step into Spring with a bounce in your step.

Coming out of hibernation from the yin months into the higher energy yang seasons it's a great time to check that the body and mind are in alignment.

In this workshop we’ll be exploring the concept of the body clock from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective. In TCM theory energy moves from one organ to the next in a particular sequence over a 24hour cycle. However, with our busy modern lives - working shifts/long hours, eating late/skipping meals, stress etc - it is easy for our body clock to fall out of it’s natural rhythm leaving us feeling depleted and potentially leading to all sorts of disorders and dis-ease.

Through yoga and chi kung we will work into the meridians associated with each organ, resetting the natural balance to bring harmony back to the body.

We’ll finish with a yoga nidra to leave you feeling restored and relaxed.
