Ideal for complete beginners or those wishing to reconnect with their practice.
Parts 1 and 2 will cover key standing, seated and inverted poses in detail, offer the chance to practise restorative breathing techniques (pranayama) to help ground energy and clear the mind, and give time to things like what's a comfy position for seated meditation, as well as trying different meditation practices.
All bodies are different and Yoga with Lucie celebrates that! Whilst attention is given to good alignment, I will support you to practise what feels good and comfortable, with options offered as we go to achieve that.
This workshop will give you basic tools for a home practice, helping you gain better flexibility, improved stability, a relaxed body and calm mind.
Suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to refresh/deepen their practice, with personal guidance and support.
