Understand how the organs work together in supporting the body to work efficiently and effectively. In Traditional Chinese Medicine there is a time of day and particular season associated with each element and Autumn is the time for the organs of elimination. In this talk we'll be considering the importance of certain foods and the role food temperature plays in supporting the elimination system.
