The main teacher on the course will be Julie Garrioch

Julie is a 500ERYT Seasonal Yoga teacher, aerial yoga teacher and pilates instructor with 20 years experience working in the fitness industry. Julie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others to enhance their wellbeing and now training others to share the love of yoga.

The course will run from September to August at Julie's new studio - Aerial Roots Yoga & Pilates, F4, Elmbank Mill, The Charrier, Menstrie FK11 7BU.

Join Nutritional therapist Karen Scobie for this informative talk understanding the importance of elimination in the body. Lungs, Large Intestine, Skin and Brain

In order for the body to flow and keep us well, with vibrance and energy we need our great eliminators to be in full working order. Understand how the organs work together in supporting the body to work efficiently and effectively. In Traditional Chinese Medicine there is a time of day and particular season associated with each element and Autumn is the time for the organs of elimination. In this talk we'll be considering the importance of certain foods and the role food temperature plays in supporting the elimination system.

Shine the light on your elimination system - how to get it working well and understand the consequences of it not working so efficiently.

Karen is a qualified nutritional therapist advising clients on a wide range of issues surrounding health, wellbeing and lifestyle. She is passionate about food and believes healthy eating is the key to a long and happy life.
