Do you want to deepen your Seasonal Yoga knowledge? Learn new tips and techniques for working with the seasons? Get further insight into the meridians, the bo and shu points and expand your knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine?
The Advanced Seasonal Training modules are led by Julie Hanson and Sue Woodd sharing their knowledge and experience of yoga, chi kung, seasonal living and more.
Learn and expand your knowledge of chi kung flows to activate the meridians and associated organs of the season, learn how to work with the bo and shu points for the organs.
You'll explore the concept of the season within a season and how to develop your practice or class plans over the season. We'll also be introducing the Seasonal Hob - flavours and recipes for the season to support a healthy seasonal lifestyle. Each module also contains various seasonal hacks for you to explore to promote health and wellbeing for you and your students.
Each module can be taken on it's own or the full programme of seasons. The course forms part of the Seasonal Yoga 300hr training programme but is also open to those already practising seasonal yoga that want to learn more.
This training runs same weekend as the Seasonal Yin Course making it possible to combine the 2 trainings in the one weekend.
