Navasana, Boat posture, Builds power in the lower energy field.
Tiryan-mukhaikapada-pascimatanasana, Oblique face one- leg -back, for fallen arches.
Ubbhaya Padanangusthasana, Both feet-big-toe-pose, Tones the abdominal organs & strengthens abs
Ardha-baddha-padma-pascimottanasana,Half-bound lotus, reduces stress
Virasana, Hero pose, improves circulation in the feet & alleviate heel spurs.
Padmasana, lotus pose, increases circulation of lymph fluids.
Setu- Bandhasana, Bridge Pose ,Strengthens the mid & upper spine
Urdhva Dhanurasana, upward - bow - pose, increases spine flexibility
Practice these around the period between 21 August at the end of the summer to the beginning of autumn which is 21st October.
