The feeling of Spring

The feeling of Spring

04 Apr 2018

The feeling of spring

It’s the time of the emergence of the new! It’s also a time to be more energetic, flexible, spontaneous, creative, thoughtful, patient, sensitive and humorous.

As the days get longer and there is more demand to get things started.

We need fresh approaches to our diet, lifestyle, exercise, and outlook. Even our home environment needs a spring clean to make changes in harmony with a natural feeling of expectation in the air.

Get re-energised With the first taste of the new, crispy green vegetables you just know that your body is getting re-energised with, fresh, unprocessed food.

The feeling of new energy sends you into a purge of cleaning your body, house, car, and wardrobe; In fact anything that is surrounding you, so you can match the external new energy with a new fresh cleaner feeling and look within and without surrounding your life.

Anticipation of great things hang in this new air making you want to plan ahead, start new projects – even business plans flood your brain with a renewed energy and enthusiasm. At last you can now see the way ahead for a great new year. If you don’t feel like this study the following modules to help you find this new energy.

The colour is green - the vibrant green colour of the new leaves appearing on the trees !

Wood is linked to the liver - detoxification of many things in your life is going to be the subject of the season

If spring was a person their nature would be...

A pioneer, entrepreneur, the inventor, the one to put forward ideas that leads the rest of the team or gives them direction.

Activities include:

Goal setting, forward planning, motivating, organising, devising action plans, being creative and having a clear vision of how things will look.

They love nothing better than to have a challenge to get their teeth into. They possess a sense of adventure and zest for life and have the ability to inspire and share their enthusiasm with others.

So it makes sense to develop these qualities at this time of year to match the energy of the season.

Information you may need to know; a reminder!

Each season is linked with a pair of organs, associated with tastes and particular flavours, colours, emotions, temperatures and activity – all of which have a relevance to your health. Although it is a very complex system, we will cover the most basic of information in this course, keeping it simple enough to easily implement into your everyday life.

As each season changes to the next you need time to refine your life by increasing your awareness and looking at the priorities for that season.

As humans we need a basic understanding of why we do things, so we believe that what we apply to our lives will work for our maximum benefit and potential.
